Obi's forthcoming book is aimed at young professionals and is based on 75 research interviews that took place over a period of 7 months with a variety of business leaders, senior executives, senior managers and other seasoned professionals (including a few accomplished young professionals), drawing on the principles and lessons behind their success.
The book follows the journey and struggle of a young professional trying to discover and achieve a fulfilling career and the different mentors encountered along the way.
